1990  Rolando Blackman was selected to replace the injured Karl Malone
      (sprained ankle) on the All-Star team.

2001  Michael Finley had 12 points and 5 assists in 19 minutes in the
      All-Star game.  The East defeated the West 111-110.

2003  Activated Eduardo Najera and Evan Eschmeyer and placed Popeye Jones 
      (sprained right ankle) and Avery Johnson (right calf strain) on IR.
      Eschmeyer had missed 73 days (33 games) with arthroscopic surgery
      on his right knee.  Najera had missed 63 days (27 games) with left 
      knee surgery.  Jones was activated 25 days (13 games) later.
      Johnson was activated 9 days (5 games) later.
