2006  Activated Josh Powell and placed DJ Mbenga on IL.  Powell had been 
      on IL (no injury) 5 days (2 games).  Mbenga was activated 25 days 
      (10 games) later.

2006  Josh Howard suffered a sprained right ankle during the 1st quarter
      of Game 1 and did not return.  He would not miss any other games 
      due to the injury.

2006  Raja Bell (Pho) suffered a strained left calf during the 4th quarter
      of Game 1 and did not return.  He would miss the next 2 games due 
      to the injury.

2010  DeShawn Stevenson elected not to opt-out of his contract and, thus,
      remained signed through 10-11.
