2011  A group of about 3,000 fans (including me and my mom) were at 
      Love Field to greet the 2011 Champions Dallas Mavericks when 
      their flight arrived from Miami at around 11:30 am.

  DJ Mbenga did not play while serving game 5 of his 6-game suspension.
  Dallas out-scored Miami 34-16 in the 3rd quarter and led 77-68 after 3.
    Dallas led 89-76 with 6:35 left, but Miami then went on an 18-4 run to
    go up 94-93 with a minute left.  Devin Harris got a basket to tie the 
    game at 95-95 with 34 seconds left.  Miami ran the clock down and Gary 
    Payton (Mia) hit a long jumper with 9.3 seconds left.  Dirk Nowitzki 
    was fouled driving, but he only hit 1-2 FT.  Dwyane Wade (Mia) hit 1-2 
    FT and Dallas called timeout with 1 second left.  Nowitzki tried to 
    make the inbound-lob pass to Josh Howard, but Wade (Mia) knocked the 
    ball away.
  Miami closed the game with a 17-5 run.
  Wade (Mia) had 42 points including 13-18 FT and 13 rebounds.  It was the 
    10th time a Mav opponent had 40+ points in the playoffs and the 2nd of 
    2 times that Wade had 40+ points against Dallas.
  Shaquille O'Neal (Mia) had 16 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists, and 7 
    turnovers.  
  Dirk Nowitzki had 30 points including 10-12 FT and 7 rebounds and Josh
    Howard had 21 points and 5 rebounds.  It was the first time this 
    season that Dallas lost when Howard scored 20+ points - breaking his 
    string of 25 straight wins.
