2004  The expansion draft was held for the Charlotte Bobcats and they
      did not select any of the 4 players (Tariq Abdul-Wahad, Tony Delk, 
      Danny Fortson, and Antoine Walker) Dallas left off their protected
      list. 

2009  Sacramento named Mario Elie as an assistant coach.  Elie had been a
      Dallas assistant for the previous 2 years.

2015  Raymond Felton elected not to opt-out of his contract and, thus, 
      remained signed through 15-16.
