1993  Named Tom Newell and Randy Wittman as assistant coaches.

2000  Gar Heard was named as Atlanta's top assistant.  Heard had joined
      Dallas as an assistant 3/15/00.

2005  Devin Harris suffered a right shoulder injury during summer league
      play and would miss several summer league games due to the injury.

2007  Reached a 1 year, $2.5 million contract agreement with Devean
      George.  The contract would not be formally signed until July 12, 
      2007 (the July Moratorium (during which free agents could not be 
      signed) ended July 11). 

2009  Signed Memphis free agent Quinton Ross to a 2 year contract.
