2001  In a sign-and-trade, Miami traded Tim Hardaway to Dallas for a 
      2nd round draft pick in 2003 or 2004.  Hardaway was first signed 
      to a 3 year, $10 million contract with the 3rd year of the
      contract at Dallas' option.  Dallas used the trade exception they
      received in the 8/10/01 Howard Eisley trade to make this deal work.

2003  Signed Travis Best to a 1 year, minimum contract.
