Mavs single game tickets go on sale Saturday (today) at
10 am (Central).  Tickets can be purchased at the South 
box office of Reunion Arena and all area Dillards or
by calling 214-939-2800.

Tarpley met with commissioner David Stern Friday.  In an
attempt not to apply presure or say anything stupid, Tarpley
and his agent avoided the media and refused to make any
public comments.

BTW, Motta did invite Tarpley to the last mini-camp, but
on his agent's advice, Tarpley declined to attend.  They
cited that attending might be frowned upon by the league
and that they wanted to keep relations with the league as
good as possible.

Jason Kidd pleaded no contest to charges of hit-and-run and
speeding.  Kidd was sentenced to a maximum fine of $1,000,
2 years of court probation, and 100 hours of community
service.  20 hours of those community service are being
used with a video on Nickelodean targeting inner-city kids.
