2015-16 Mavs Injuries

6/30 Salah Mejri underwent surgery on his right knee for minor 
     cleaning.
5/10 Devin Harris underwent surgery on his left big toe and left 
     thumb.
4/25 Deron Williams (sports hernia), David Lee (right foot plantar
     fasciitis), and Salah Mejri (strained right hip) did not play 
      in Game 5 at Oklahoma City.
4/23 Deron Williams (sports hernia) left the Oklahoma City Game 4
     90 seconds into the game and did not return.
4/21 Deron Williams (sports hernia) did not play in Game 3 vs
     Oklahoma City.
4/18 Deron Williams left the Oklahoma City Game 2 midway through
     the 3rd quarter as the pain from his sports hernia became too 
     much (he took a pain shot before the game) and did not return.
4/18 David Lee (plantar fasciitis right foot) and J.J. Barea 
     (strained right groin) did not play in the Oklahoma City Game 2.
4/16 J.J. Barea led the Game 1 Oklahoma City during the 2nd quarter
     after aggravating his right groin injury and did not return.
4/16 David Lee (plantar fasciitis right foot) did not play in Game 1
     at Oklahoma City. 
4/13 David Lee suffered a right foot injury during the 2nd quarter
     of the San Antonio game and did not return.
4/13 J.J. Barea (strained right groin), and Devin Harris (sprained
     left thumb) did not play in the San Antonio game.
4/10 J.J. Barea (strained right groin) did not play in the Clippers
     game.
4/8 J.J. Barea suffered a strained right groin in the 1st quarter 
    of the Memphis game and did not play in the 2nd half.
4/8 Deron Williams (left abdmoninal strain) did not play in the 
    Memphis game.
4/6 Deron Williams (left abdmoninal strain) did not play in the
    Houston game.
4/3 Deron Williams (left abdmoninal strain) did not play in the
    Minnesota game.
4/1 Deron Williams (left abdominal strain) and Raymond Felton
    (strained right groin) did not play in the Detroit game.  
    Williams has been diagnosed with a sports hernia.
3/30 Deron Williams (left abdmoninal strain) did not play in the
     New York game.
3/28 Deron Williams (left abdmoninal strain) did not play in the
     Denver game.  An MRI showed that he has a strained groin in 
     addition to the abdominal strain.
3/27 Deron Williams (left abdmonial strain) did not play in the
     Sacramento game.
3/25 Devin Harris (birth of child), Dirk Nowitzki (rest), and Deron 
     Williams (left abdominal strain) did not play in the Golden State
     game.
3/24 Chandler Parsons underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right 
     knee to repair the medial meniscus and is out for the rest of the
     season.
3/22 Chandler Parson will not travel with the team on the road trip
     due to a mensicus tear in his right knee.  He is getting a second
     opinion on where or not to undergo season ending surgery on the 
     knee (with the team doctor having recommended surgery).
3/20 Dallas activated JaVale McGee and placed Chandler Parsons
     (sore right hamstring) on IL.
3/18 Chandler Parsons left the Golden State game during the 3rd quarter 
     with a strained hamstring and did not return.
3/17 Jeremy Evans underwent arthroscopic surgery on a torn labrum
     in his right shoulder and is out for the rest of the season.
2/5 Dallas activated Deron Williams and placed John Jenkins on IL.
2/3 Dallas activated Salah Mejri and placed Deron Williams (right
    hip contusion) on IL.
2/1 Deron Williams left the game early in the 2nd quarter of the
    Atlanta game with a right hip contusion and did not return.
1/26 Dallas activated Jeremy Evans and placed Devin Harris (left 
     big toe injury) on IL.
1/24 Dallas activated John Jenkins and placed Zaza Pachulia (right 
     leg injury) on IL.
1/13 Devin Harris left the Oklahoma City game in the 2nd quarter 
     with foot injury and did not return.
1/5 Chandler Parsons left the Sacramento game during the 3rd quarter
    with a right hip injury and did not return.
1/2 Deron Williams did not play 4th quarter of the New Orleans game
    due to his strained left hamstring.
1/2 Dallas activated Justin Anderson and placed Devin Harris (strained
    back) on IL.
12/28 Dallas activated Justin Anderson and placed Deron Williams 
      (strained left hamstring) on IL.
12/22 Deron Williams left the Toronto game in the 3rd quarter 
      with a strained left hamstring and did not return.
12/22 Dallas activated Justin Anderson and placed Devin Harris
      (strained right hamstring) on IL.
12/18 Devin Harris (strained right hamstring) did not play in the
      Memphis game.
12/16 Devin Harris left the Indiana game during the 1st quarter
      with a strained right hamstring and did not return.
12/16 Dallas activated Justin Anderson and placed John Jenkins
      (concussion) on IL.
12/12 Dallas activated Justin Anderson and placed Deron Williams
      (ill) on IL.
12/7 Dallas activted Salah Mejri and placed Devin Harris (rib
     injury) on IL.
12/6 Devin Harris left the Washington game during the 2nd quarter
     with bruised ribs and did not return.
12/6 Chandler Parsons (rest), JaVale McGee (rest), and Dwight Powell
     (sore knee) did not play in the Washington game (the 1st night 
     of a back-to-back - all 3 played on Monday).
11/28 Dallas activated Devin Harris and placed J.J. Barea on IL.
      Barea is expected to miss at least 3 games with a sprained 
      right ankle.
11/25 J.J. Barea left the San Antonio game in the 4th quarter with
      a sprained right ankle and did not return.
10/29 Deron Williams (sprained left knee) and Wesley Matthews (rest
      in 2nd night of a back-to-back) did not play in the Clippers 
       game.
10/28 Dallas placed JaVale McGee (stress fracture left tibia) and
      Chandler Parsons (right knee surgery) on IL.
