The NBA fined Paul Silas (Cha coach) $5,000 for flipping off a ref after
being ejected during Wednesday's Ind-Cha game.

Dallas activated Donnell Harvey and placed Greg Buckner on IR with a
sprained right foot.  Buckner will likely undergo surgery on his foot next
week to removed a cracked bone spur and he would then be out 6 to 8
weeks.

Boston released Doug Overton and signed Milt Palacio.

Phoenix activated Chris Dudley, placed Ruben Garces on IR with a lower 
back sprain, and formally released Rex Chapman, who had announced his 
retirement earlier.
