Antonio Davis (Tor), Anthony Mason (Mia), and Kevin Garnett (Min) will
start in the All-Star game for the injured Grant Hill (Orl), Alonzo
Mourning (Mia), and Shaquille O'Neal (LAL).  The coaches of the teams
[Larry Brown (Phi) for the East and Rick Adelman (Sac) for the West]
selected the replacement starters.

The NBA fined Kobe Bryant (LAL) $10,000 for missing Friday's media
session.
