News from April 20.

The NBA fined Rasheed Wallace (Por) $10,000 for failing to make himself
available for a media session.  Portland was also fined $25,000.

Orlando signed coach Doc Rivers to a 2 year, reported $10 million 
contract extension.  Rivers is now signed through 2004-05.

Will Solomon (junior, Clemson, guard) and Ousmane Cisse (St. Jude High 
School (Alabama), forward) themselves eligible for the NBA.  [Thanks to
