The NBA named Baron Davis (Cha) to the All-Star team.  Davis replaces Vince
Carter (Tor), who will not play in the game due to injury.

West All-Star coach Don Nelson (Dal) named Chris Webber (Sac) to start for 
the injured Shaquille O'Neal (LAL) and East all-Star coach Byron Scott (NJ)
named Jason Kidd (NJ) to start for the injured Vince Carter (Tor).
