The NBA named Tim Duncan (SA) and Jason Kidd (NJ) as Players of the Week.
Duncan averaged 26.7 points and 11.3 rebounds as San Antonio went 3-0.  Kidd
averaged 24.3 points, 12.8 assists, and 7.5 rebounds as New Jersey went 3-1.

The NBA suspended Kenyon Martin (NJ) for 2 games for collecting his 8th
flagrant foul point of the season.  Martin received a flagrant foul during
Sunday's Atl-NJ game.  Once a player reaches 8 flagrant foul points, each
flagrant foul point automatically results in a 2 game suspension (5 to 7
points is a 1 game suspension).

Boston activated Joseph Forte and placed Kenny Anderson on IR with a
sprained left ankle.

San Antonio activated Stephen Jackson and placed Terry Porter on IR with a
strained right calf.
