Golden State signed Oscar Torres.

Indiana signed Jeff Foster to a 6 year contract extension.  Foster is now
signed through 08-09.

New York signed Don Chaney to a 1 year contract extension.  Chaney is now
signed through 03-04.

New York released Toby Bailey.

Bryce Drew (NO) is scheduled to undergo eye surgery today.  He is expected
to be out at least 2 weeks.

Lamond Murray (Tor) is expected to be out 16 weeks after undergoing
surgery on his right foot to repair a torn ligament.  It was first thought
he would only be out 8 weeks.
