Portland fined Zach Randolph $100,000 and suspended him for 2 games for
throwing a punch at teammate Ruben Patterson during practice.

Dallas activated Popeye Jones and placed Michael Finley on IR with a
strained left hamstring.

Portland activated Ruben Boumtje-Boumtje and placed Charles Smith on IR.

Atlanta signed Mikki Moore to a 2nd 10-day contract.
