Houston signed Mark Jackson.

Golden State activated Adonal Foyle and placed Nick Van Exel on IR with
left knee inflammation.

Orlando signed Lee Nailon to a 2nd 10-day contract.

Portland activated Ruben Boumtje-Boumtje and Travis Outlaw.  Portland
elected not to signed Slavko Vranes to a 2nd 10-day contract.
