Boston signed Mateen Cleaves, Eddie Elisma, and Rusty LaRue.

Denver signed Eric Washington.

Houston released Guy Rucker and Melvin Sanders.

Minnesota signed Kevin Garnett to a 5 year contract extension with a
player opt-out after the 4th year.  The player opt-out would be after the
07-08 season.  The exact amount of the extension has not been reported, 
but it is believed worth around $100 million.

New Jersey signed Doug Overton, Lavan Alston, Larry Lewis, James Smith,
Damone Brown, and Jonathan Kerner.

Phoenix signed DerMarr Johnson.

Sacramento signed Roberto Bergersen, Wayne Bernard, Rodney Buford, Ashante
Johnson, Brandin Knight, Boyko Mladenov, and Cedric Suitt.

Nick Collison (Sea) suffered a partially dislocated left shoulder.  It is
not known how long he will be out.

Washington signed Mitchell Butler, Chris Calvary, Steve Goodrich, Adam
Harrington, Kris Lang, Rolan Roberts, and Kenny Satterfield.
