The NBA fined Jason Williams (Mem) $10,000 for improper conduct towards
the media after Sunday's Mem-Pho game.  Williams repeated took the pen
from a writer during the post-game interviews.

Emeka Okafor (Cha) was named as Rookie of the Year.  Okafor received 77 of 
a possible 126 1st place media votes.
