News from July 18.

Seattle named Bob Weiss as head coach.  He was signed to a 3 year
contract.

San Antonio named Chip Engelland as an assistant coach.

Houston reportedly reached a 5 year, $30 million contract agreement with
Stromile Swift.  The new contract can not be signed until the July 
moratorium ends.
