The NBA named Tracy McGrady (Hou) and Ben Gordon (Chi) as Players of the
Week.  McGrady averaged 28 points, 6.7 rebounds, 7.3 assists, and 3 steals
as Houston went 3-0.  Gordon averaged 24.3 points as Chicago went 3-0.

Maureece Rice (junior, George Washington, guard) declared himself eligible
for the NBA draft.

Miami activated Dorell Wright and Wayne Simien and placed Udonis Haslem 
and Alonzo Mourning on IL.

New York activated Jamal Crawford and placed Kelvin Cato on IL.

San Antonio activated Beno Udrih, Jackie Butler, and Melvin Ely and placed
Tim Duncan (rest), Manu Ginobili (rest), and Tony Parker (rest) on IL.

Utah activated Andrei Kirilenko and placed C.J. Miles on IL.
