Dallas activated Kevin Willis and placed J.J. Barea on IL.

Golden State activated Patrick O'Bryant and placed Josh Powell on IL due
to a death in the family.

Note: the due date for underclassmen and foreign players under 22 years
old to declare themselves eligible for the NBA draft has passed.  The NBA
will soon release an official list of those who have declared.  Those who
have declared can withdraw from the draft up to June 18.  The draft is
June 28.
