Toronto signed 1st round draft pick (#1) Andrea Bargnani to a 2 year 
$9,340,080 contract with 2 more years worth $11,703,931 at the team's 
option.

Dallas signed 1st round draft pick (#28) Maurice Ager to a 2 year, 
$1,880,880 contract with 2 more years worth $2,924,044 at the team's 
option.

[Note: a number of free agents have reached agreements with teams.  I'll
only be reporting actual signings, not agreements, as things aren't truly
final until contracts are signed (and signings can not begin until the
July Moratorium ends - July 12 (unless delayed, which has happened in the
past) - when the salary cap numbers for 06-07 are announced).]
