Kyle Korver (Uta) is schedule to undergo surgery on his left foot to
remove a bone spur.

Charlotte named Dave Hanners as an assistant coach and retained Phil Ford
and Jeff Capel as assistant coaches.  Steve Stricker was named as the new
trainer.
