News from July 20.

TRADE: Phoenix traded Kurt Thomas, a 1st round draft pick in 2008, and a
1st round draft pick in 2010 for a conditional 2nd round draft pick.
Phoenix also received a trade exception with the trade.  Seattle used the
trade exception they received when they traded Rashard Lewis.

Houston signed Steve Francis to a 2 year, $30 million contract.

The LA Lakers signed Derek Fisher to a 3 year, $14 million contract.

Memphis signed Seattle free agent Andre Brown.

Milwaukee signed Charlotte free agent Jake Voskuhl to a 1 year, $3 million
contract.

Miami signed GM Randy Pfund to a contract extension.
