Golden State signed 2nd round draft pick (#46) Stephane Lasme. 

Washington signed Donell Taylor and Mike Hall to non-guaranteed
contracts.

Atlanta exercised their 08-09 options for Shelden Williams and Marvin
Williams.

The LA Clippers released Will Conroy.

Former NBA player Eddie Griffin died in a car accident with a train.  He
was 25 years old.
