The NBA suspended Sebastian Telfair (Min) for 3 games for his guilty plea
of criminal possession of a weapon.  The suspension will start with the
beginning of the regular season.

Atlanta released Marcus Hubbard and Frank Robinson.

Charlotte released Donell Taylor and Marcus Williams.

Miami released Omar Barlett and Eddie Basden.
