News from March 19.

The NBA fined Doc Rivers (Bos) $25,000 for criticizing a ref following
Tuesday's Chi-Bos game.  The NBA also fined ref Bill Kennedy an
undisclosed amount for his interaction with Rivers just prior to Rivers
being ejected.

The LA Lakers assigned Sun Yue to the NBADL.

Cleveland activated Darnell Jackson and placed Wally Szczerbiak on IL.
Jackson was recalled from the NBADL.  Szczerbiak could be out for 3 weeks
with a sprained left knee.

Portland activated Shavlik Randolph and placed Nicolas Batum (sprained
left ankle) on IL.

Josh Smith (Atl) had 15 points, 9 rebounds, and 5 turnovers.
Joe Johnson (Atl) had 24 points including 3-4 3-pointers and 7 rebounds.
Flip Murray (Atl) had 19 points.
Dirk Nowitzki (Dal) had 23 points and 12 rebounds.
Ryan Hollins (Dal) had 13 points and 7 rebounds including 6 offensive.
Atl shot 19-27 FT and Dal shot 9-13 FT.
Erick Dampier (Dal, swollen left ankle) and Devean George (Dal, right knee
injury) did not play.

Cle 97, Por 92 OT  at Cle
LeBron James (Cle) had 26 points including 6-11 FT, 11 rebounds, and 10
assists.
Zydrunas Ilgauskas (Cle) had 21 points and 5 rebounds.
Maurice Williams (Cle) had 12 points including 4-15 FG and 6 rebounds.
Travis Outlaw (Por) had 17 points and 7 rebounds.
Brandon Roy (Por) had 24 points including 11-11 FT, 7 rebounds, and 7
assists.
Cle had just 2 turnovers, tying an NBA record low, and Por had 8
turnovers, 10 combined turnovers also tied an NBA record low.
LaMarcus Aldridge (Por, concussion) did not play.

LAL 114, GS 106  at LAL
Pau Gasol (LAL) had 21 points including 9-15 FG and 14 rebounds including
5 offensive.
Lamar Odom (LAL) had 16 points, 12 rebounds, and 3 blocks.
Kobe Bryant (LAL) had 21 points including 9-25 FG, 6 rebounds, and 5
turnovers.
Kelenna Azubuike (GS) had 25 points including 9-15 FG and 5-6 3-pointers
and 8 rebounds.
Monta Ellis (GS) had 27 points including 11-19 FG, 5 assists, and 3
steals.
