News from May 26.

The NBA fined Phil Jackson (LAL) $25,000 for publicly criticizing the refs
after Monday's LAL-Den game.  The Lakers were also fined a matching
$25,000.

The NBA assessed Dahntay Jones (Den) a flagrant foul for his trip of Kobe
Bryant (LAL) during Monday's LAL-Den game.

The NBA rescinded a flagrant foul that was assessed to Anthony Johnson
(Orl) during Sunday's Cle-Orl game.

Kevin Garnett (Bos) underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right knee to
remove bone spurs.

Tyson Chandler (NO) underwent surgery on his left ankle and left toe.

James Posey (NO) underwent surgery on his right knee.
