News from February 11.

Jason Kidd (Dal) was named as an injury replacement for Kobe Bryant (LAL,
sore left ankle) for the All-Star game.  West coach George Karl (Den) 
will select which West All-Star reserve will replace Bryant in the 
starting lineup.

David Lee (NY) was named as a replacement for Allen Iverson (Phi)
(personal reasons, ill child) for the All-Star game.  East coach Stan Van
Gundy (Orl) will select which West All-Star reserve will replace Iverson
in the starting lineup.

San Antonio activated Ian Mahinmi and placed Tony Parker (left hip flexor
strain) on IL.

Cleveland activated Delonte West and placed Darnell Jackson on IL.

LeBron James (Cle) had 32 points including 10-12 FT, 8 rebounds, and 13
assists.
J.J. Hickson (Cle) had 20 points including 9-14 FG.
Daniel Gibson (Cle) had 11 points and 5 assists.
Rashard Lewis (Orl) had 19 points.
Dwight Howard (Orl) had 19 points including 7-10 FT and 11 rebounds.

SA 111, Den 92  at Den
Tim Duncan (SA) had 16 points including 7-11 FG and 7 rebounds.
George Hill (SA) had 17 points including 7-10 FT, 6 rebounds, and 5
turnovers.
Manu Ginobili (SA) had 15 points including 4-11 FG, 6 rebounds, and 6
assists.
Carmelo Anthony (Den) had 19 points including 6-17 FG and 6 rebounds, and
3 steals.
Nene (Den) had 20 points including 8-9 FG and 9 rebounds.
Kenyon Martin (Den, left knee patella tendinitis) did not play.
SA shot 53.2% (41-77) FG and Den shot 39.2% (31-79) FG.
