San Antonio signed 2nd round draft pick (#37) DeJuan Blair to a 4 year,
minimum contract with the 4th year of the contract partially guaranteed.

Utah matched Portland's 4 year, #32 million offer sheet to restricted free
agent Paul Millsap.  Thus Millsap remains with the Jazz.
