TRADE: In a sign-and-trade, Golden State re-signed C.J. Watson to a 3
year, $10 million contract and traded him to Chicago for a 2011 2nd round
draft pick.  The 3rd year is at the team's option.

Indiana signed 2nd round draft pick (#40) Lance Stephenson to a 4 year
contract with the 3rd and 4th years at the team's option.

The LA Lakers signed Matt Barnes to a 2 year, $3.6 million contract.

The LA Lakers signed Theo Ratliff to a 1 year contract.

Miami re-signed Carlos Arroyo to a 1 year, minimum contract.

San Antonio signed Gary Neal to a 3 year contract.

Oklahoma City signed GM Sam Presti to a contract extension.
