News from November 15.

Due to the ongoing lockout and the latest failed negotiations between the
NBA and the players association for a new collective bargaining agreement,
the NBA has cancelled all games through December 15.  

Philadelphia named Jeff Capel as an assistant coach.

Sacramento named Keith Smart and Bobby Jackson as assistant coaches and
named Manny Romero as trainer.
