Charlotte signed New York free agent Derrick Brown to a 1 year, minimum contract. Charlotte signed 1st round draft pick (#9) Kemba Walker to a 2 year, $4,889,280 contract with 2 more years worth $6,161,903 at the team's option. Detroit signed Atlanta free agent Damion Wilkins. Golden State signed Gary Flowers and Chris Wright to their training camp roster. Indiana re-signed Jeff Foster to a 1 year contract.
