TRADE: In a sign-and-trade and 3 team trade, Dallas re-signed Tyson
Chandler to a 4 year, $58 million contract and then Dallas traded away
Chandler, the rights to 2009 2nd round draft pick (#56) Ahmad Nivins, the
rights to 2007 2nd round draft pick (#58) Giorgos Printezis, and a 2012
2nd round draft pick and received Andy Rautins (whom Dallas is expected to
buyout) and a protected 2012 2nd round draft pick from Washington (and an
$11 million trade exception); New York traded away Rautins, Ronny Turiaf,
a 2013 2nd round draft pick, and cash and received Chandler, the rights to
Nivins, and the rights to Printezis; and Washington traded away a
protected 2012 2nd round draft pick and received Turiaf, a Dallas 2012 2nd
round draft pick, a New York 2013 2nd round draft pick, and cash.

Charlotte signed New York free agent Derrick Brown to a 1 year, minimum
contract.

Charlotte signed 1st round draft pick (#9) Kemba Walker to a 2 year,
$4,889,280 contract with 2 more years worth $6,161,903 at the team's
option.

Detroit signed Atlanta free agent Damion Wilkins.

Golden State signed Gary Flowers and Chris Wright to their training camp
roster.

Indiana re-signed Jeff Foster to a 1 year contract.

Indiana signed Jeff Pendergraph, Jarrid Famous, Tyren Johnson, Darnell
Lazare, and Matt Rogers to their training camp roster.

Memphis signed Jeremy Pargo to a multi-year contract (not simply to a
non-guaranteed training camp contract).

Memphis signed Mikki Moore and Brian Skinner to their training camp
roster.

Miami signed Eddy Curry to a 1 year, minimum contract.

Oklahoma City signed 1st round draft pick (#24) Reggie Jackson to a 2
year, $2,399,400 contract with 2 more years worth $3,655,400 at the team's
option.

Orlando re-signed Jason Richardson to a 4 year, $25 million contract.

Sacramento signed Lawrence Hill and Adrian Oliver to their training camp
roster.

San Antonio signed 1st round draft pick (#15) Kawhi Leonard to a 2 year,
$3,593,880 contract with 2 more years worth $5,045,128 at the team's
option.

Toronto signed Chicago free agent Rasual Butler to a 1 year, minimum
contract.

Washington re-signed Larry Owens.

Utah signed Jamaal Tinsley, Keith McLeod, and Trey Gilder to their
training camp roster.

Denver signed Milwaukee restricted free agent to Luc Mbah a Moute to a 4
year, $19 million offer sheet.  Milwaukee wasted no time in matching the
offer and, thus, Mbah a Moute remains a Buck.

Toronto signed Denver restricted free agent Gary Forbes to offer sheet.
Denver has 3 days to match the offer.

New York exercised the amnesty clause on Chauncey Billups and released
him.


From the "you got to be kidding" department: Charlie Bell (GS) spent
several hours in jail on Thursday after showing up drunk for a drunk
driving court hearing (and Golden State then told Bell not to show up for
practice on Friday and released him on Sunday).
