The NBA fined Kevin Garnett (Bos) $25,000 for failing to make himself
available to the media following Saturday's Game 7 Bos-Mia game.

The NBA Board of Governors approved the sale of the New Orleans Hornets to
Tom Benson for a reported $338 million.

Ray Allen (Bos) underwent arthroscopic surgery to have bone spurs removed
from his right ankle.

Mickael Pietrus (Bos) underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right knee.

assists.
Shane Battier (Mia) had 17 points on 6-8 FG and 5-7 3-pointers.
