Memphis named John Hollinger as vice president of basketball operations.

Atlanta activated DeShawn Stevenson and Mike Scott and placed Johan Petro
on IL.  Scott was recalled from the NBADL.

Portland activated Nicolas Batum and placed Wesley Matthews on IL.
