News from June 28.

Ray Allen (Mia) elected not to opt out of his contract and, thus, remains
signed through 13-14.

Charlotte extended a qualifying offer to Gerald Henderson, making him a
restricted free agent.  Charlotte did not extend a qualifying offer to
Byron Mullens, making him an unrestricted free agent.

Minnesota exercised their 13-14 option for Dante Cunningham.

Brooklyn named Lawrence Frank as an assistant coach.

Cleveland named Bernie Bickerstaff, Jim Boylan, Igor Kokoskov, Phil Handy,
Vitaly Potapenko, and Bret Brielmaier as assistant coaches.  Jamahl Mosley
was retained from last year's staff.
