Cleveland signed 1st round draft pick (#4) Dion Waiters to a 2 year,
$7,620,840 contract with 2 more years worth $9,200,430 at the team's 
option.

Cleveland signed 1st round draft pick (#17) Tyler Zeller to a 2 year,
$3,196,560 contract with 2 more years worth $4,320,735 at the team's 
option.

Indiana signed 1st round draft pick (#26) Miles Plumlee to a 2 year,
$2,194,800 contract with 2 more years worth $3,279,174 at the team's 
option.

Denver free agent Rudy Fernandez signed a 3 year contract with Real
Madrid.

[For all the following trades and agreements, they can not officially
occur or be signed until the July Moratorium ends (July 11).]

With a sign-and-trade, the LA Lakers have reportedly reached a 3 year, $27
million contract agreement with Steve Nash where Phoenix would first sign 
Nash and then trade him to the Lakers for a 2013 1st round draft pick, a 
2015 1st round draft pick, a 2013 2nd round draft pick, and a 2014 2nd 
round draft pick.

Toronto and Houston have reportedly reached a trade agreement where
Toronto traded Kyle Lowry to Houston for Gary Forbes and a lottery 
protected 1st round draft pick.

Boston has reportedly reached a 3 year contract agreement to re-sign
Brandon Bass.

Houston has reportedly reached a 4 year, $29 million contract offer sheet
agreement with restricted free agent Jeremy Lin, with the 4th year at the
team's option.  Once the agreement is signed, New York will have 3 days to 
match the offer sheet.

The LA Clippers have reportedly reached a 4 year, $26 million contract
agreement with Portland free agent Jamal Crawford.

Minnesota has reportedly reached a 4 year, $45 million contract offer sheet
agreement with restricted free agent Nicolas Batum.  Once the agreement is
signed, Portland will have 3 days to match the offer sheet.

New York has reportedly reached a 3 year, $9 million contract agreement
with Dallas free agent Jason Kidd.

Oklahoma City has reportedly reached a 2 year contract agreement with
Portland free agent Hasheem Thabeet.

Orlando has reportedly reached a agreement to re-sign Jameer Nelson.

Philadelphia has reportedly reached a 2 year, $13 million contract
agreement to re-sign Spencer Hawes.

Phoenix has reportedly reached a 4 year, $34 million contract agreement
(with the 4th year at the player's option) to sign Houston free agent 
Goran Dragic.
