News from November 4.

The NBA named Kevin Love (Min) and Michael Carter-Williams (Phi) as
Players of the Week for the week ending November 3.  Love averaged 20.7 
points and 14.7 rebounds as Minnesota went 3-0.  Carter-Williams 
averaged 20.7 points, 9 assists, and 4.3 steals as Philadelphia went 3-0.

The NBA fined Washington coach Randy Wittman $20,000 for using profanity
during his post-game press conference following Friday's Was-Phi game.

Cleveland activated Andrew Bynum and placed Matthew Dellavedova on IL.
