TRADE: Toronto traded Louis Williams and the draft rights to Lucas
Nogueira (2013 draft pick, #16) to Atlanta for John Salmons and a 2015 2nd
round draft pick.

Orlando released Jameer Nelson and Doron Lamb.

Orlando claimed Willie Green off waivers.

Philadelphia released James Anderson.

Memphis elected not to make a qualifying offer to Ed Davis, making him an
unrestricted free agent.

Milwaukee elected not to make a qualifying offer to Ekpe Udoh, making him
an unrestricted free agent.

Minnesota elected not to make a qualifying offer to Robbie Hummel and
Othyus Jeffers, making them unrestricted free agents.

Milwaukee fired head coach Larry Drew.

All 2013-14 contracts have officially ended, but the July moratorium has
begun.  Teams may not sign free agents (their own or other teams [rookies
excluded]) or make trades until July 10.
