News from July 30.

Charlotte re-signed Gerald Henderson to a 3 year, $18 million contract
with a player option for the 3rd year.

Memphis signed Mike Miller to a 2 year contract.

Milwaukee signed 1st round draft pick (#15) Giannis Antetokounmpo to a
3,593,880 contract with 2 more years worth $5,045,128 at the team's
option.

New Orleans signed 2nd round draft pick (#39) Jeff Withey.

Former BAA player Ossie Schetman died at age 94.  He played 1 season for
the New York Knickerbockers in 46-47 and is credited with scoring the 1st
basket in NBA history (the NBA considers the BAA it's predecessor, despite
the fact that the BAA and NBL merged to form the NBA).
