non-guaranteed contracts.

Indiana signed Darnell Jackson and Ron Howard.

Miami signed Justin Hamilton and Eric Griffin.

Minnesota named David Adelman as an assistant coach.

Brooklyn announced that they will retire Jason Kidd's #5 prior to the
October 17 Bro-Mia pre-season game.  Kidd played for the Nets from 01-02 -
07-08.
