The NBA fined Dallas owner Mark Cuban $25,000 for publically commenting
about LA Clippers free agent DeAndre Jordan.  Although teams are permitted
to negotiate with free agents during the July Moratorium (July 1-9), they
can not publically talk about free agents.

Minnesota signed 1st round draft pick (#1) Karl-Anthony Towns to a 2 year,
$11,663,760 contract with 2 more years at the team's option worth
$14,056,275.

Chicago signed 1st round draft pick (#22) Bobby Portis to a 2 year,
$2,844,840 contract with 2 more years at the team's option worth
$4,010,666.

Minnesota signed 1st round draft pick (#24) Tyus Jones to a 2 year,
$2,621,760 contract with 2 more years at the team's option worth
$3,841,453.

Chicago named Randy Brown, Charlie Henry, and Mike Wilhelm as assistant
coaches.
