Milwaukee signed Mike Peplowski for the remainder of the season and
released Jerry Reynolds.

The NBA fined Juwan Howard (Was) $5,000 for making an obscene gesture
after being ejected from Tuesday's Was-Cha game.

The NBA named Shawn Kemp (Sea) Player of the Week.  Kemp averaged 22.5
points, 13 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks as Seattle went 4-0.
