Detroit signed Rick Mahorn to a 1 year, $400,000 contract.

Boston re-signed Alton Lister.

Utah re-signed Greg Foster to a 3 year contract.

Chicago officially re-signed Dennis Rodman to a 1 year, $9 million
contract.

Atlanta signed Donnie Boyce to a 1 year contract.

Washington has re-signed Juwan Howard to a 7 year contract, but whether
Howard ends up with Washington or Miami will depend on a legal decision.
Miami had signed Howard to a 7 year contract, but the NBA rejected that
contract saying it violated the salary cap.  Miami and the NBA are
awaiting arbitration.
