Toronto signed Mark Hughes (F).

Miami signed first round draft pick Martin Muursepp (#25) to a 3 year,
$2.025 million contract.  His signing leaves only Predrag Stojakovic (#14,
Sacramento) and Efthimis Retzias (#23, Denver) as unsigned first round
draft picks.
