points including 57% (30-53) FG and 11 rebounds as Indiana went 3-0.
 
Orlando signed Vernon Maxwell to a 10-day contract and released Donald
Royal.
 
Nick Anderson (Orl) had the cast removed from his broken left hand and is
expected to be out 10 to 14 days longer.
 
Marcus Camby (Tor, strained right abdominal) and Walt Williams (Tor,
hyperextended left knee) will be out for at least 7 days.
