Darrell Armstrong (Orl) will undergo surgery on his torn right rotator
cuff and will miss the rest of the season.  After he undergoes surgery, he
will be out 3 to 4 months.

Phoenix activated Cedric Ceballos and placed Horacio Llamas on IR with a
bruised left heel.

Greg Ostertag (Uta) will be out 3 to 6 weeks with a stress fracture in his
left leg.
