TRADE: Toronto traded Damon Stoudamire, Walt Williams, and Carlos Rogers to Portland for Kenny Anderson, Alvin Williams, Gary Trent, Portland's 1998 1st round draft pick, New York's 1998 1st round draft pick (lottery protected), and cash. There are rumors that Portland will also pay part of or all of Anderson's $38 million contract (but the amount would still count against Toronto's salary cap).
