Sacramento signed Terry Dehere to a rumored 1 year, $440,000 contract.

Houston restructured and extended by 1 year head coach Rudy 
Tomjanovich's contract.  Tomjanovich had finished the 2nd year of a 5 year
contract and is now signed through 2000-01.

NBA ref George Toliver resigned.  He also pleaded guilty to tax evasion 
charges that stemmed from not reporting the money saved by downgrading 
first class airline tickets as income.
