Houston re-signed Matt Maloney to a 1 year, $327,000 contract.

The LA Clippers signed James Robinson.  

The NBA and Players Association announced that the salary cap has been
increased by $2.5 million and is now $26.9 million.  

Detroit signed Brian Williams to a 7 year, $45 million contract.  The
contract includes a opt-out clause for Williams after 3 years.

Shortly after trading for him, Indiana signed Chris Mullin to a 3 year,
$12.3 million extension.  Mullin is now signed through the 00-01 season.
